PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) supported the National Environmental Education Foundation's (NEEF) Business Sustainability Roundtable and has worked with the Public Lands Every Day Program to develop an innovative e-learning series to provide financial management assistance to community-based groups working with public lands across the country.
In the Washington, D.C. region, PwC has provided financial assistance to NEEF's water conservation program, Be Water Wise DC, while also engaging employees from local PwC green teams in supporting the schools participating in the program.
PwC Financial Literacy Training Modules
Public Lands Every Day and PwC jointly developed a series of six training modules to assist nonprofit friends groups' staff, board members and partners on the basics of financial literacy. These free modules focus on the key documents and financial topics that friends groups will utilize when requesting grants or donations.
Note: To view the modules, you must be logged-in to the Public Lands Every Day website.

The PricewaterhouseCoopers financial training modules can be taken in any order and at your own pace. The modules are designed to be introductions to financial literacy topics and can be used as a jumping off point for more in-depth trainings. The modules do not have a narrator, but there is sound.
